Mechanical Arm Stone Carving Molds: Powering Rapid Growth in the Carving Industry

Jack, hailing from the United States, primarily focuses on sculpting stone statues of historical figures for government projects, alongside some artistic carving projects. With the surge in demand for his carving skills, traditional manual techniques proved inadequate to meet the burgeoning requirements. Consequently, Jack began to explore the potential of precision robotics to revolutionize his craft.

Confronted with the challenges posed by heavy stone materials, which hampered efficiency, Jack meticulously assessed the advantages of integrating a KUKA KR210 robotic arm into his workshop. Eventually, he chose the KUKA robotic arm with integrated and rotary platform.

After a closely coordinated 30-day production period at the factory, along with several rounds of precision calibration, the robotic arm's production was successfully completed.
